What we collect

When you contact us through our website, by email, by phone or on WhatsApp, we keep what you send us: your name, company, email, phone number, project details, the time you chose for a meeting, and the messages and files you share.

How we use it

Only to answer you, book and confirm meetings, prepare quotes and samples, and follow up on your project. We keep it in our customer system (HubSpot) and our calendar (Google). We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising by others.

Our business WhatsApp number (+1 813-377-8225) runs on the WhatsApp Business Platform by Meta. Messages you send us are stored with your contact record so our team can reply and keep your project history. We only message you about your enquiry or project.

Cookies, website visits and emails

Our website uses HubSpot cookies to count visits and see which pages are viewed. If you have contacted us, filled in a form or clicked a link in one of our emails, these visits are added to your contact record so we can follow up on the products that interest you. Our emails may record when they are opened and which links are clicked, for the same reason. We also use the Meta Pixel, so that people who visited our website can see relevant Avente Hub ads on Facebook and Instagram. You can decline cookies in the banner on our website or block them in your browser.

Who can see it

Our team and the service providers that run our systems (Meta/WhatsApp and Meta advertising, HubSpot, Google, Vercel), only to provide those services. We share project details with a manufacturer only when needed for your quote or order.

How long we keep it

As long as we work together and as required for business records. Ask us any time to see, correct or delete your information.
